CANCELLATION POLICY

All classes purchased online or via phone booking are subject to The Makers Studio Central Coast Inc's Cancellation Policy. Please read this before making your booking. All cancellations must be made by emailing [email protected] 
 
Before committing to attend a workshop TMS requests that members & non-members carefully consider their commitment to attend.

While TMS recognizes that there are occasions when cancellation is unavoidable, requests for a full refund will be considered but only on a case by case basis.

If notice is given:
  • >14 days prior to the workshop a 20% administration fee will be charged.
  • <14 no refund of the workshop fee will be paid.
  • Non-attendance at a workshop will result in a forfeiture of fees paid.
  • The Committee may consider a registrants written appeal where extenuating circumstances exist.
If The Makers Studio cancel or need to move a class date due to insufficient class numbers we will notify enrolled attendees with a minimum of 24 hours prior to class date. Those affected will have the option of booking into a different class of equal or higher value, a credit towards a replacement class to be made at a later date or a refund as required.
